The situation is not yet clear especially in states with no plans to participate in the health care exchanges. As each state was given the option to have commercial carriers compete within the state for new enrollees there is of course costs to implement such a major change in our health care insurance market. Florida not only refused to participate but refused to accept federal funding to help its citizens be informed of the options and make the transition easier. So here we are, waiting. There is blame enough for all parties to share. In the meantime the real benefits which the ACA can bring to you are being held hostage to ideology.
