Arctic Fox asked why Saddlebrook fountain had been out of commission for so long, and was it just another cut back, and you said he was assuming the worst.
Arctic asked if you knew the answer, and you responded that you did, and proceeded to explain why a different fountain was not working; with that explanation being provided by District Property Management.
Of course if it is just another cutback then District Property Management would blame it on things outside of their control, and would tell me the same thing if I called them.
But just look again at what they told you, and it makes no logical sense, as I pointed out in my response. How can it be seasonal or migratory if it has been turned off for over a year?
Over the course of a year there are four seasons and two migrations - north and south. To suggest that either explanation could justify eighteen to twenty four months of no Saddlebrook fountain is ridiculous. As is the notion that they would shoot water fifty feet into the air to control water levels.
