On the other end of the spectrum, there is a one bedroom patio villa just north of 466, probably in foreclosure (REO/bank owned) for $90K. The house was listed in March, and the price has been reduced twice since then. From the photos it looks like it needs some work, but for those of you who are handy or know a handy person...
