I not sure why the Boom. Not sure why anyone would enjoy "telling everyone" something that might bother them. People who move to a 55 plus retirement community expect to find people there who are 55 plus. Or ten fifteen years under sometimes..Even though most of us love kids and younger people too, you just don't expect to find a bunch of people in their twenties or thirties in an age restricted retirement community.. Although it may be legal for much younger people to live here, the community was planned for the day to day enjoyment of people who are over the age of 55. People who are that age will be in the overwhelming majority and those who are a lot younger may be met with surprise. I would expect some surprise and some questions if I rented a room in a college dorm.

But I know they would grow to love me.
