Isn't Gilchrist a brand-new Village? There seems to be so many homes in the newer Villages that have wonderful updates that are barely used, like birdcages and summer kitchens. I always wonder if people bought and then changed their mind about living in TV. I realize some of the resales may sadly be due to ill health, but I'm sure there must be lots of other back stories.

Oh, never mind, it's none of my business and I shouldn't be curious. Sorry for the post.
