Stipes and M&M are the two gutter companies that most recommend. Price is about the same give or take. They will do the entire house or just the sections you want done. Both will relocate the driveway downspout under your walkway and out into your yard (roughly $125-140 extra).

We think we'll strongly consider a concrete pad under the pavers, just as people do when applying pavers to their concrete driveways. It will involve height planning for the lanai but it's a strong consideration for us despite added cost. Thanks for the info on Gutter companies. G & T
