This home is now $444K since The Villages is no longer giving any discounts. I went to see this home and it is really nice. Golf course view and pool plus a really nice layout. It's located in The Village of Gilchrist. Wish I could afford it but I am still really happy with my courtyard villa in Haciendas at Mission Hills.
