Who is this Bogie Shooter? Is he related to you?
No matter. If you say he's an intellectual, I believe you.
Awhile back, while researching 55+ communities in and around THE VILLAGES such as those in the area of Summerfield, which is very closely "north" of TV, I remember reading in the Ocala newspaper about a horrific crime committed by a bunch of teens.
I also read about it in the Orlando Sentinel. At our age, of 68, we do have a "need to know". This was a gruesome murder.
It's abbreviated version is shown below............but at the time it was happening and discovered, the details were scary.
I recall asking the realtor with whom I had been corresponding at the time, if she knew of the crime........at first she was reluctant to say anything, but eventually did tell me the story......but said her developements were safe from this kind of teen crime.
I still remember the photos of these young teen murderers in the newspapers.........they burned the kid's body in a barbecue pit, after cutting it all up.
That's not petty crime. Was it in the TV paper?
They were 15, 16, 18 and 20, etc. The 15 year old girlfriend planned the murder, etc.
It was premeditated......not a crime of passion....but thought out ahead of time.
Marion woman sentenced to life for role in teens slaying
Charlie Ely sentenced to life in prison for her role in the murder of Marion teen Seath Jackson.
October 17, 2011|By Bianca Prieto, Orlando Sentinel
A Marion County woman convicted of brutally murdering a 15-year-old boy was sentenced today to life in prison.
Charlie Kay Ely, 19, was found guilty last month of first-degree murder for her role in the slaying of Seath Jackson. She was sentenced today in a Marion County courtroom
Earlier this year Jackson was beaten and then shot by a group of five people, including Ely. Marion sheriff's investigators say the group then burned his body and disposed of his remains in 5-gallon buckets.
Ely lured the teen to her home in Summerfield where the murder took place.
Jackson's ex-girlfriend Amber Wright, 15, and her brother Kyle Hooper, 16, planned the murder with 18-year-old Michael Shane Bargo, Charlie Kay Ely, 18, and 20-year-old Justin Soto, the Sheriff's Office said.
Four others are awaiting trial for their roles in the teen's death.

Senior, you've told us that Vermont is being infiltrated big time by drug lords. Do you think that is superior to the incidences in FL? That crime is what creates the problems seen in FL. I think I've lost sight of your point.
