So much for the tax credit. And I would think that the personal injury part and/or medical expense part of insurance for these vehicles would continue to soar and justifiably so.
Getting back to the OP, is it illegal for a street legal golf cart to operate on cart paths? Is that written somewhere? Are there some areas where the speed limits on the roads are higher than 35 mph and there are cart paths adjacent to those roads?
