We have a 2BR/2BA CYV and have had a fair amount of overnight friends and family come to visit during the first 1-2 years we have owned the Villa. Just a thought, the amount of guests does go down with just family coming on a semi-regular basis around the holidays.
Initially, the 2 BR Villa works was crowded to over-capacity at times
, but works great for us now. We have a couple of blow-up beds for the extra guests that the 2nd bedroom cannot accommodate. Just a thought so you may not need to buy the Murphy Bed set up.
