I went there twice and sat at the outside bar. The beer selection is awesome, but a bit overwhelming. The bar tenders seem to be a bit arrogant. They seem to be more interested in showing you how much they know about beer than answering simple questions and giving good service. After looking at the menu for several minutes, I waited for the bartender to finish the lengthy conversation he was having with the group next to me. When he finally looked my way I waved at him and he held up a finger indicating one minute so that he could finish his conversation. I asked him a simple question and he rambled on with all this information without answering my question. When he finished I asked my question again and he looked annoyed. So I ordered a beer. When I finished I looked around and couldn't find him for a while. I might have ordered another one, but by that time I had to get going.
Second time there the experience was a bit better. At least I got some attention right away. But again, when I finished my beer and wanted another, there was no server to be found. I finally got the attention of someone, asked a question and got a lot of gibberish and ordered another beer. When I was about half done the server came over and asked my how I like it. We chatted for a minute then the asked me if I wanted another one. My glass wasn't half empty yet.
They may teach them a lot about hops and barley and yeast, but they don't know much about dealing with people.
