When McDonald's came out with their new Chicken McWraps, I called the main office to get some nutritional information. I thought it would be just one product but it turned out that there's about 4 or 5 different Chicken McWraps. It would have taken a long time to get all of the information on all of them so I asked for information on just one.....the healthiest one.
That turned out to be a grilled Chicken McWrap. So I wrote everything down as it was told to me over the phone. It wasn't too bad except it's a little high in sodium: 1050mg. And total fat is 12 g. But saturated fat is only 5g. (about the same as an egg?) Protein is 30g. Not bad for a light lunch or a big snack.
At the end of our conversation, I was offered a coupon by mail and I accepted. A few days ago I went to McDonald's to give the grilled Chicken McWrap a try and I found it to be satisfactory. I mean, if you happen to be out shopping and you get hungry for a quick lunch, a grilled Chicken Mc
Wrap is enjoyable and it's probably better for you than other choices you might make.

One cav
eat: At $3.99 for a Chicken McWrap you might do better to get a grilled chicken sub at Subway. The Chicken McWrap has very little vegetables (leafy greens etc.) whereas you'd be able to load up on all kinds of vegetables (of your choice) at subway, for less money.
