Sorry I can't help .... We've bought vehicles in Florida, driven them to Canada, and registered them in Ontario. Most people fly to Florida and buy a car there because cars are cheaper and haven't been exposed to road salt.

By the way, don't forget to attend the monthly Loonies & Toonies meetings.
