But Fruitland Park carts are prohibited from using 466A, so, unless street legal, how would they get here? And I sincerely doubt it would be lots of carts from any outlying areas -- the distance is just too great and the hazards even greater.
Wish we could get an actual count of the number of carts that would be added to the paths if allowed or maybe set up something that carts would be able to go no further than Brownwood for Fruitland Park/Wildwood residents and no further than Spanish Springs for residents off of 441.
I do understand the Developer's reasons. I don't understand TV residents' reasoning and, quite honestly, I hope I never do.
