It is clear-er to me now why the entrance was blocked when it was blocked. The developer was about to go into negotiation with Fruitland Park and didn't want the entrance to be an issue with them wanting access.

Red. The developer is building a community like no other on this earth. I see nothing wrong with his goals. I also feel that 1900 homes is a lot of golf cart traffic potential from Stonecrest. We have to deal with our own traffic FIRST. We don't have to deal with adjacent community traffic. Parking is a safer problem than traffic. Parking doesn't kill anyone.

You GET what you pay for. You have a choice to live here or there.
