Don't know if this is a bunch of bologni, but, once in Beef o Bradys by Colony we complained about how cold it was and the manager said:
Ma'am we keep it low so there is no condensation so that folks don't fall on the tile'
What do you all think?
Does that explanation sound plausible ?
