this exactly my story except for the CTS, i take 1cap morning an night b4 bed , the best thing i have Ever done is i walk 5 days a week 3-4 mile a day, my pain is non-existancant and my BS are never higher than 125.. i am a big guy that loves to eat crappy food, but i get my 5 veggies in everyday ( not fried califlower) my docs are pleased with my health , my biggest health risk here is slipping an falling by stepping in dog poop!
