I would ask your doctor if B12 will do anything for your neuropathy but that's just me. I assume you are under a doctor's care for your diabetes!

I am a type 2 diabetic, but I don't have neuropathy or take B12. Good luck if this vitamin defiency solves your neuropathy problem. I for one, would be interested in your result.
