Default Everyone needs to pick up after themselves
It doesn't matter how much we love our homes and the fact that the builders are trying to complete them in the newer areas.....they should still be accountable for picking up after themselves. This is not the county dump. So,if I'm in a hurry to put an addition on my home it will be ok for me to trash my neighbors yard because I'm doing something good for my house? I don't think so. Everyone is responsible for themselves.
