No real traditions for Christmas -- just a nice family meal with any friends that happened to drop by. My mother would always try to have goose for Christmas Day (not always available). Always a birthday cake or cookie for Jesus.

Bet you could take 12 cans of Spam and shape it into a baked ham and no one would know the difference. Just stick some cloves in it and baste it with bourbon and brown sugar while it's baking. Man, the pan juices are awesome!
