This brings me back a similar situation. It was circa 1960 when local radio shows used to have call in contests for prizes... usually a cheap item or tickets to a local event. i.e. "The tenth caller to call in with the correct answer will win..." In our area it was radio station 1540 WPTR that I remember most. These contests were so popular that you would most likely get a busy signal and would be lucky to get in at all before a winner was declared. To even have a slim chance of getting in you had to be persistent by constantly dialing over and over, again and again! Got myself in a little trouble with my parents one time when I was trying to get in by actually having the rotary dial separate from the phone by my dialing too much. Now that's persistent!
BTW, both the wife an myself had problems getting into the cam, but by being persistent in reloading or refreshing like I've indicated, we were able to get the cam within a few minutes.

I remember 1540 WPTR! Anyhow, I believe it was camera overload. I can now access it.
