This is a great idea. I will suggest the charging stations, on my first survey, of what it takes to make TV a better place. There could be a corresponding slight increase to the amenity fee, if implemented to offset the cost.

Some people buy gas carts for this reason, as TV has gotten even bigger. It takes about 45 minutes to get to Brownwood from where I live, and I would need a fully charged cart, before I would attempt thiis trip.

I like the non smell of an electric cart as opposed to a gas cart but that's just me. IMHO
