We've purchased from B&T....tried to see some items to them but they were "picky" which surprised us as our items were in much better shape than some I've seen there. Consignment shops---you won't get "top" dollar as they're in it to make some cash too. You'll never get back what you put into an item. For instance "if" you bought a sofa 2 years ago for $2k you can't get 1/2 back!! Was told once by someone who deals with buying and selling that 10% of the item should be expected.
FYI....I think I saw that a store-front on hwy 44 has the Nearly New sign on it so wondering it they'll have 2 locations (?)
