The day of the cold, the tee time office called the shots. They closed ALL golf courses till 11:30, so nobody was charged points during that time. When it rains, you still have the opportunity to play. I agree, if it's raining, that you shouldn't get charged points, but I guess there are some who don't mind playing in rain. The big thing that bothers me, is that I feel sorry for some handicapped people, who can't golf, when they have cart path only. They surly shouldn't have to be charged points. I don't remember ever having a problem because of points though! Maybe because I'm a priority member.
