This is NOT the norm. Although we moved up from SW Florida and expected to be a little chillier than down there, this is STILL not the norm for here, and it is unusually colder this year where we came from also. I think this is just a ca-ca winter so far all around. My relatives up north are SOOOO over the snow and cold this year. Don't know where you came from but sorry your weather has been so disappointing so far.
