Dog walkers that use those 20ft. leashes have a plan! They figure the dog con do its business on your lawn long before the walker even gets to your house so you won't see them coming. The dog is down low and the walker is 20 feet back. I believe those leashs are dangerous and should be againest the LAW!! P.S. I am a dog lover and owner
