Check to see how accessible the activities are to full time residents and snowbirds., Sometimes, I do not know about Penbrooke, access is controlled by the various Clubs that spring up and have Tournaments, Practices etc. and if you are a Snowbird sometimes it is difficult to access these facilities because you do not belong to a Club. This does not happen in The Villages because of the way the Amenities are controlled. It is one of the biggest benefits of living here IMO. Everything is so well thought out.,
