I have been there and actually sat down with a very nice young woman who helped me with some issues with my mother's social security benefits. I went without an appointment and waited about 2 hours for my number to be called. Yes, the lines may be long, but when you demand that government be smaller, things like staffing of offices declines and wait times increase. Building a new office (and staffing it) won't help reduce the deficit.

And Leesburg is *not* that far away.
