I can't recall how many carts I have seen over the last cople of months with children driving them and in one case a child about 2 sitting on the ladies lap and driving. These must be visitors or snowbirds since I don't think many full time residents have such terrible judgements as carts are not "toys". I only wish there was more police coverage so these potential accidents could be stopped before they happen.
