Wouldn't Grounds under repair be the same as out of bounds. So if you hit the ball out of bounds wouldn't you have to take relief behind where the ball first left out of bounds? Hit a ball out of bounds should be points penalty. I don't feel sorry for any pro golfer WAY over paid even out of the top 100. So no excuses please. As for us weed choppers all in day of golf.
