The developer is Reader & Partners. The big question is, who are the "partners"? There are quite a few in the local community who know who the partners are. There looks to be a whole lot of land surrounding Wildwood Springs that could be available to expand the initial project plan.

I am so glad to hear this from someone who I trust. I am glad to hear that all of the folks who now work building wonderful houses will continue to have work. Sounds like the Morses might have a hand in THAT.
