Thanks for posting this. I remember writing them on occasion about my victims/survivors of crimes 224 613 project (access to practical information through libraries) and seem to recall that they did not seem to get what I had been trying to do for so long. Some of these organizations can be a bit too focused and do not try do address the bigger picture. Limited resources I guess. This was a while ago.
If you name a well known organization in the US I probably wrote them at some time. Ironically, I believe that the National Rifle Association was one of the associations that got what I had been trying to do and why. This was a number of years ago, however.
