I have found that people with no consciences for whatever reason will use anything that will give them an advantage and this of course includes technology. Thank God that the Founding Fathers had a profound knowledge of Roman and Greek history and especially English history and knew how power could be abused and wrote in the US Constitution about how it needed to be limited.

Some groups need to be carefully monitored for abusing what power they have. Certainly, the Southern Poverty Law Center should target hate groups like this. And, internet users should see who they are watching and if they are going out of bounds. That's what is great about the Internet, we can all play Sherlock Holmes to a certain extent.
