First, and really all that matters is that this is very sad, and will send prayers for the family. But no one can know what happened, without an autopsy. One can only assume that unless the floor was wet causing the man to fall, or he stumbled, it probably was not the fall that caused his death. He more likely had a heart attack or possibly a stroke that was fatal and that caused him to fall. Again, no one can know what happened without an autopsy. I almost didn't respond to this, because what happened should only matter to the family. But I frequently hear people pass along what they hear or think happened (and this is not directed to the poster) when they really don't know.
