Has anyone used REMAX real estate company to manage their property? I am looking for a new one, with out bashing the current one. Any suggestions would help. I live out of state and need piece of mind. i have a brand new patio villa across from Brownwood unfurnished, looking for long term 12 mo rental. Who would be the best to handle it? Has view on corner, extra large master with large walk closet. new washer /dryer, high ceilings eat in kitchen COLONY model. Thanks.
