Definitely, the yard is the best option.
Directv does not tell you that you will be charged $82.00 for this installation. Their advertising says "free installation", but only if it installed on your roof. The installed is done by a thrid party but it will say Directv on their truck.
I complained, and was given additional months of channels, that I now have deleted from my account, as they will charge you, as soon as they expire.
Directv needs to train their reps better. IMHO
