DVR is what I am referring to.
You can't move them like TiVo or DVD players. Snowbirds can't use them back home.
Only the owner can order one. A tenant could not.
Since most of the modern world has one, it becomes almost essential.
Especially true if you are busy. You don't have to stay at home to watch a game and you can zip thru commercials if you are watching on a DVR.
