What about the full time owners?
My guess is most of them have a DVR.
I pay ten bucks a month for mine at home with Brighthouse.
When I rent a place for a month or more, not having a DVR is a deal breaker.
Just sayin'.......if you want to rent your place......having a DVR could make a big difference to many potential renters.
Perhaps not in the past but I believe it will make a difference in the present.
If you don't have one you can not possibly appreciate what I am saying.
But if you do, leave it for the renters and see if it doesn't pay for itself.
