During a crown replacement Dr. Luong had a trainee working with her for my session. Dr. Luong was offended that I asked if we could stop the training session because I felt anxious about it. There wasn't any real compassion from her when she said that she wants to have her people trained her way. She didn't get that I didn't want to be on the receiving end of a training session. I don't plan on going back to see Dr. Luong at SDS.
The Billing Department argued with me when I informed them that they had not submitted a $75 bill to my insurance. I called my insurance to have them contact Dr. Luong's SDS office to get the bill submitted. Too much trouble!
