When I rent a place for a month or more, not having a DVR is a deal breaker.
Just sayin'.......if you want to rent your place......having a DVR could make a big difference to many potential renters.
Perhaps not in the past but I believe it will make a difference in the present.
If you don't have one you can not possibly appreciate what I am saying.
But if you do, leave it for the renters and see if it doesn't pay for itself.

We're in TV 7 months, NY 5 months. I don't have a DVR in either home and don't want one. I rarely watch TV other than ballgames if one of my favorite teams are playing and I have no need to record those . It's just not something we're into. We're plenty busy, often too busy doing other things which for us are more interesting.
