The talk show I referred to is "The Andy Dean Show". It's on from 7 to 9 pm. and is broadcast out of California.
I think she claims that too much is being made of what happened. And that may be true. To ask for a jury trial, she must be confident of winning. I wish her good luck.
What if someone actually did something like that and then claimed in court that it represents "freedom of speech."
