It is a beautiful area and I think there is a lot of potential for new homes. I have noticed that most of the old oak trees are still standing, which is more than you can say for some of the newer areas!

It happens all the time. People tear down older homes and replace them. Sometimes with newer manufactured homes and sometimes with site built homes. If you drive around here you'll see many block and frame homes.
