I have read all the things that posters recommend to work with Comcast. But why deal with such a substandard Co.
I had similar problems when we first moved here in 08. After several phone calls and two visits to the store just to get service with no results. I said to myself "self this is stupid".
Called Direct TV, and Embarg now Century Link and never looked back. Direct has great customer service and Century link is OK not great just OK.
Newer neighborhoods have Brighthouse. They sound better too.
