When you get the window with the start up choices, see if there is a 'reboot in SAFE MODE' if so select this option. This will typically repair a defective driver or other program that is causing problems with a normal start. If windows starts, that go to the start menu, and select reboot. The computer should come up to the same screen, and this time select to boot normally. If all is well you have fixed the problem. If this does not work, you will need much more detailed help.
