The family areas have little to no amenities and people who live there cannot use TV amenities except those open to the public (town squares, movie theatres, etc.). So, no to rec centers, swimming pools, shuffleboard courts, etc. Sorry.

Good luck in your search. Who knows, your perfect house may come on the market the day you get down here (has happened more than once).
