I don't think the private dog park (DDRR) bans any type of dogs. Tal would know that for sure.
But I do think they watch the more "controversial" breeds closely for any signs of aggression.

I am not sure of the policy now but Doggie Doo Run Run did ban full breed pit bulls as well as akitas at one time. There are mixed breed pit bulls there and I did see an American Staffordshire Terrier there for a few visits.
