When I broke away from Comcast and their bundled program I went to AT&T and signed on to thier program where they hook a little box up in your home to your regular wireless base and it works off cell. It is plugged into the wireless base and does not need phone jacks in the house. The cost is $20 a month both local and long distance calls. The only surprise I got that I wasn't told about was there is a $40 activation fee. So far it has been very good.
