I have no problem with FSBO's either. But can anyone recommend a local attorney to deal with making sure the contract end of things and clear title are covered for the buyer? Real estate laws and customs can vary from state to state. Call it buyer beware, caveat emptor or CYA, I would just want to make sure I used an attorney, whether buying or selling a FSBO.
