And I believe that history has shown that this developer has always done that. Sometimes it might take a bit of time for the retail and other infrastructure to keep up with the additional residents, but eventually there will be plenty.
It is in the developer's best interest to keep the residents happy. Word gets out quickly when a residents in a development of this size are not happy. The reason that people keep moving here and new homes keep getting built is the reputation of The Villages as the best retirement community in the world. I'm sure that the developer wants to keep it that way.
