Really? I've found a lot of staff from Africa, several waiters from Sierra Leone in particular.

Cruise ships really aren't what concern me though. What concerns me is a repeat of the HIV epidemic. I'm more concerned for my family that travels internationally for business. I'm concerned for medical personnel who get needle pricks and have to sweat it out and get repeatedly tested because the patient didn't want their privacy violated by testing.

That Dallas guy changed in Brussels and VA (I think) before ending up in Dallas. Think about how many people he interacted with.

How can ground troops fight this without being exposed?
